Our Story
Founded in 2019 by Chef Marcus Adebayo — formerly of The Ledbury and Noma — Savour was born from a singular vision: to create a dining experience that honours the ingredient above all else.
Our 40-cover dining room in the heart of Covent Garden is an intimate stage for seasonal tasting menus that draw from British terroir and global technique. Every dish is a conversation between land, sea, and the hands that shape them.
We work directly with small-scale farmers, foragers, and fishermen across the British Isles. Our wine programme, curated by sommelier Elena Vasquez, features over 400 labels with a focus on biodynamic and natural producers.
