A complete digital presence overhaul for a Virginia-based home health care agency, featuring native JotForm-replacement forms, automated email workflows, resume uploads, and a responsive multi-page website built with Next.js and Cloudflare Pages.

Built a modern, responsive website for Faith & Grace Home Health Care LLC, a home health care agency serving seniors and families in Ruther Glen, VA. The project involved replacing two complex JotForm embeds (a care enquiry form and a 27-field employment application) with fully custom React components — including conditional logic, dynamic text inputs, file uploads with base64 encoding, and multi-reference sections.

Integrated Resend transactional email API for branded notification emails and auto-replies, debugging a silent failure caused by an empty API key secret and incorrect Cloudflare Functions context binding. Solved file uploads in a static Next.js export + serverless architecture by reading files as base64 data URLs client-side and passing raw content as real email attachments — no storage service needed.
